1. Order Processing
All orders are packed and processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your package ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the delivery service provider. The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you complete your payment.
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:
- United States America: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 10–20 business days
- New Zealand: 10–25 business days

3. Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery.
5. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is delayed, please contact us immediately. We’ll review the tracking details and help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
