14-Day Return Policy You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to decide if you'd like to keep it.
How to Make a Return
- Check the condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that personalized or final sale items cannot be returned.
- Contact us: Reach out with your order number, and we'll guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
- Send it back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.

EU Consumer Rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items.
